  Several times when I visited this Tim Hortons in Derby, New York I went inside to order coffee and a bagel. They gave me the cup of coffee but refused to give me the bagel when the cashier cash me out. So I'm waiting there forever for the damn plain bagel. All they had to do was just put it in a bag and hand it to me. How hard is that?! Rude young dumb lady cashiers! Finally had to say something to another employee to give me the bagel that I ordered. Most of these employees I agree with other reviews are dumb and lazy. That Tim Hortons location needs new management!

  Waited ten Minutes for a medium coffee!!!!!!ok.i have to admit,im sitting here now,its clean and comfortable BUT.Again i had to wait a long time for someone to help me at THE counter again.when i first walked in the one girl acted like she didnt see me and went to hide near the drive thru window!Finally got my order taken,and GOT SHORT CHANGED!I didnt even Brother asking for it.so yeah they overcharged me.Watch rhese pricks!

  VERY BAD! Untoasted bagels, refuse to give out napkins, wont give cream cheese. POOR LEADERSHIP contribute to continually POOR SERVICE. GO TO CAMP RD OR ANGOLA
